Nice workshop but not the best we did in Japan Pros - easy to make - speak english - fun Cons - additional fees (only 3 simple woods available without additional fees) - very crowded : around 10 people per workshop, 1 workshop every hour but no time between two workshops. So there are two groups in paralel : one starting to choose and sharpzn the wood, another one finishing the choptick
